About the Event

The University Press Redux Conference, founded in 2016, provides a vital forum for university presses across the UK and Europe to share knowledge and learn from one another. Organized by ALPSP in association with Liverpool University Press, the 2026 edition features a future-facing program shaped by a dedicated committee of industry experts.

The conference is scheduled for 17–18 March 2026.

The event will be held at The Spine in Liverpool, UK.

Under the theme “Reimagining Resilience, Relevance, and Innovation,” participants will discuss the evolving terrain of academic publishing. Key highlights include:
