It is with pleasure that we introduce a new Section named “Geriatric Medicine”. The target articles are manuscripts with a focus on diagnostics, therapeutics, and prognostication in geriatric patients. This Section will focus on papers presenting innovative results that improve medical care for older people. This Section will publish original and review articles within the field of geriatric medicine. We hope that we will attract manuscripts on geriatric medicine of the best scientific quality.
I would like to thank all contributors for supporting our journal, which is currently thriving and expected to have an ever-increasing impact on the scientific community. I would also like to thank the editors and the Editorial Office for their excellent work in strengthening our journal’s handling of manuscripts, as well as their tireless work to increase our journal’s visibility and impact. Together, we endeavor to increase evidence-based, innovative knowledge of clinical medicine for the scientific and medical community.
