Recruiting Early Career Editorial Board Members for Immuno

In order to further enhance the international influence of the journal Immuno (ISSN: 2673-5601), promote the academic exchange between young scientists, and support the Editorial Board with additional talent, the first Early Career Editorial Board of Immuno (2025–2026) is being established, and outstanding young scholars are invited to join!

Recruitment:
We plan to recruit a total of 20 Early Career Editorial Board Members.

Eligibility to apply:

Significant research achievements in the fields of basic and clinical immunology research, including innate, acquired, and synthetic immunity; structural immunology; immunogenetics; immunogenomics; immunoproteomics; immunometabolomics; infectious immunology and vaccines; cancer immunology; immunotherapy; autoimmunity and immunoregulation; developmental immunology; immunodeficiency; reproductive immunology; transplantation immunology; immunodermatology; mucosal immunology; neuroimmunology; immunopathology and immunohistology; and clinical/translational immunology;
Willingness to spend sufficient time to contribute to the development of the journal with passion and enthusiasm;
Scholars who preside over national-level scientific research projects and have international experience will be preferred;
Applicants must be within 10 years of receiving their Ph.D.

Benefits of being an Early Career Editorial Board Member include the following:

A certificate of being an Early Career Editorial Board Member will be provided. The term for Early Career Editorial Board membership is two years and can then be renewed;
The resumes of Early Career Editorial Board Members will be publicized on the journal’s media platforms to improve their visibility;
An opportunity to be promoted to an Editorial Board Member based on contributions;
The journal will regularly acknowledge those who participate in the peer review process on the journal’s website;
Opportunities to exchange ideas with internationally recognized researchers in the field and to participate in or host annual meetings and online seminars organized by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Members.

The responsibilities of Early Career Editorial Board Members include the following:

Publicizing and promoting the journal at academic conferences and among their peers;
Selecting high-quality articles and preparing bilingual media content for promotion;
Reviewing at least one and no more than three manuscripts per year;
Inviting submissions from local and international world-leading scientists in their respective research fields.

Selection process:
Initial screening of application materials → selection by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Members → email notification → issuing a certificate of appointment.

The selection will be made within one month of the application deadline and the results will be announced on the journal website.
