Dear Authors

The manuscript needs some improvement before publication as follows:

1. Literature needs to updated to recent publication in the field particularly for years 2018-2022.  I could not see it in the reference section.

2. Specific objectives need to be added to the last paragraph of the introduction.

3. Please show your workflow as a flowchart for readership. Only written the stages is not enough for giving a nice visualization of your technique.

4.  I think the methodology section is not in appropriate location in the manuscript. It needs to moved before section  2. Big Data Workflow and change the subsequent of the sections and subsection.

5. I am wandering why there is no any case study or study area to show and apply the implications of your technique. Please add an study area and show how your model is working

6. Results must be separated from discussion. Results section is very short too. Once you add your case study I think your results section will be perfect. 

7. In revised discussion, please compare your model with other similar models and write about the priority of your technique.

The article concerns a very interesting issue, which is estimating shear strength properties of the soils. Unfortunately, the way the article is prepared needs to be improved. The introduction requires an extension with news about similar studies, generally about shear strength parameters. There is no more detailed description of the research. The methodological chapter is too short due to the fact that some of the elements necessary for this chapter are included in the description under the name big data. The dataset that has been used should be verified.
