Macromol—A Journal of Macromolecular Research —Open Access Journal

Macromol—A Journal of Macromolecular Research is a new interdisciplinary, open access peer-reviewed scientific journal on macromolecular science, published quarterly online by MDPI. It publishes full papers and review articles in all areas of macromolecular science, from chemistry to physical chemistry, physics, and materials science. Manuscripts will be thoroughly peer-reviewed in a timely fashion, with a first decision in 15 days, and acceptance to publication in 3 days (estimated by the median values for MDPI journals in the first half of 2020).

All articles published in Macromol will immediately be made available worldwide under an open access license. This means that everyone, including interested scientists and the general public, has free and unlimited access to the full-text of all articles published in the journal, and everyone is free to reuse the published material given proper accreditation (a correct citation). Open access publication is usually supported by the payment of Article Processing Charges (APCs) from the authors’ research budgets. However, to attract high-quality research articles, Macromol will not charge any publishing fees for manuscripts submitted during 2020.
