1. Introduction

Step into the realm of intellectual exploration as we present the proceedings of the Second Computing Congress held on 28, 29 December 2023 at Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. These proceedings encapsulate the collective brilliance and diverse perspectives shared by researchers, scholars, and professionals.
The call for papers was made under five different tracks.
  • Track 1: Intelligent Systems;
  • Track 2: Industry 4.0 Technologies;
  • Track 3: Electronic Devices and Control Systems;
  • Track 4: Applied Computing in Engineering;
  • Track 5: Engineering for Sustainable Development.
All papers received were peer reviewed and the acceptance ratio of the congress is 38%. We extend profound appreciation to the authors whose works brighten the pages of this compilation. We express our sincere gratitude to all keynote speakers, reviewers, members of the program committee who dedicated their time and expertise to ensure the quality and relevance of the papers included in these proceedings.
Our appreciation goes to all participants who actively engaged in intellectual debates, shared their expertise and contributed to the collaborative spirit of the conference. The congress had participation from India, the USA, the UAE, China, Peru, Malta, the UK, and Australia.
Finally, a standing ovation to the unsung heroes—the members of the organizing committee and all of the Advanced Computing Research Society team.
