Preface: The 2nd International Electronic Conference on Chemical Sensors and Analytical Chemistry †

1. Introduction

This conference volume presents the proceedings of the 2nd International Electronic Conference on Chemical Sensors and Analytical Chemistry held on 16–30 September 2023. The scope of this online conference was to gather well-known worldwide experts currently working in chemical sensor technologies and to provide an online forum for the presentation and discussion of new results. Throughout this event, the following topics of interest are included: electrochemical devices and sensors; optical sensors; mass-sensitive sensors; materials for chemical sensing; nano- and micro-technologies for sensing; chemical assay and validation; chemical sensor applications; analytical methods; gas sensors and apparatus; electronic noses and tongues; microfluidic devices and medico-diagnostic testing.
