Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Authors have presented a blockchain framework for meeting minutes management. Many interesting features have been provided in the framework. Moreover, security and privacy of meeting is ensured using the mentioned approach.

Comments:

1. The organization of the paper can be improved by moving the literature review of the paper after the Introduction section. Challenges and future directions should be at the end.

2. The literature review is very extensive. However, a brief discussion on how proposed work is different can be highlighted. The current discussion covers similarities with the other schemes.

3. The motivation to use different type of voting schemes can be highlighted in the revised version of the paper.

Reviewer 2 Report

By investigating smart contracts' viability in automating the process of managing meeting minutes, the authors designed smartMinutes, a proof-of-concept prototype for automating meeting minutes. I have a few suggestions for the authors.

Please refer to the results of other studies. Is this possible?

Literature review needed to show the research gap, and what is the contribution of this study to the body of knowledge.

The study's conclusion should be apt and dwell on key points readers can pick from the study. In addition, policy implications should be from the findings, not general. I think a research paper's essence is to develop policy suggestions for policymakers, government, firms, or interested individuals. This aspect is neglected and thus makes the whole effort futile. Please revisit this section.
