Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsI think the manuscript is overall good and the conclusion is sound and supported by the data. The major concern is the poor image quality provided in figure 2 and figure 3. Please address this issue to improve the quality of the manuscript. A small question is why the number of female patients is more than male patients in each study?

The title should be shorter and more concise.
How are longitudinal traction and transverse correction loads applied by the device? Are they dynamic loads? What are the amplitude and frequency values? The duration of treatment is 30 minutes, twice a day, but the remainder remains to be described to allow the study to be repeated. How you decide these treatment parameters? Based on other works?
