Comments and Suggestions for Authors

This paper reviews the broad subjects in the field, both experimental and theoretical works. Great job!

Just one minor comment I have is here;

p25 line696

...particle pars shows distinct structural differences...

It'd be nice to describe how they are really different in a bit more quantitative way.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

Here are minor mistakes I detected which wouldn't affect the quality of the paper whatsoever;

p14 line406

Such measurements can complementary -> Such measurements can provide complementary

p21 line539

p22 line607

Dear Referee,

Thank you very much for reviewing the draft and providing positive comments and the suggestions to improve the manuscript. We provide the replies to your comments below.

  • In page 4-6, the DPhi distribution for charm meson pairs from single parton scattering and double parton scatterings in pp and p-Pb collisions are discussed in detail.

We have also corrected the typos you pointed out.

Reviewer 2 Report

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Referee report on the manuscript # universe-2848938

by D. Thomas and F. Colamaria

entitled

"Recent findings from heavy-flavour angular correlation

measurements in hadronic collisions"

This review is devoted to studying angular and rapidity

correlations of heavy-flavour (charm and bottom) particles

produced in proton-proton and proton-nucleus collisions at

ultra-relativistic energies. Most recent experimental results

obtained by collaborations ALICE, ATLAS, CMS and LHCb at

CERN and by collaborations RHENIX and STAR at RHIC are

presented and discussed. These results are subdivided into

four groups concerning (i) production mechanisms of heavy

flavours, (ii) their fragmentation into jets, (iii) energy

loss and energy redistribution, and (iv) collective-like

effects, mainly, elliptic flow, for heavy quarks in small

systems. Experimental data are compared to predictions of

event generators, such as PYTHIA, POWHEG, EPOS, HERWIG,

SHERPA etc.

The paper is clearly written. All conclusions are supported

convincingly by the figures.

I have no questions and/or remarks and recommend publication

of the manuscript in Universe in its present form.
