Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Well-prepared and well-illustrated paper.

The choroidal avulsion, a rare devastating condition of the eyeball, has been well-described and two different surgical approaches have been explained with details. I particularly appreciated drafts which best describe the preoperative and postoperative conditions of the retina-choroid-sclera.

This topic is definetely challenging to deal with both scientifically and practically. Authors were so smart at conveying the message to readers through this brief manuscript, which sounds scientifically very good.

Author Response

I really appreciate the reviewer's  favorable comments.

Reviewer 2 Report

well written study. The figures and pictures are really nice. Discussion could be extended. The reason of the difficulties of the management of choroidal avulsion should be discussed better. The word choroidal avulsion is used very often and there are also typographical errors. English editing should be performed.

Author Response

I  appreciate the reviewer's  favorable comments.

As the reviewer pointed out, we have extended the discussion.

In addition, our manuscript have received English editing.

We hope the reviewers will be satisfied with our revisions.
