This manuscript is overall comprehensive and informative providing useful information on IGS. Also, the text is well organized and well written, with logical formatting with appropriate length. Only minor revision is needed.
- Introduction: Both paragraphs 2 and 4 describe IGS's diagnosis. It would be logical to explain together in one section rather than in two paragraphs.
- Result: 8page, table4, the description of the IVT abbreviation is missing.
- Result: The size of all tables should be adjusted.
- Discussion: 15page, 6th paragraphs, typo of currentn
