I commend the authors for this substantial and thoughtful contribution. My only concern is whether this is in fact a monograph which should be published as such in an appropriate forum rather than in this Special Issue.

I am satisfied for this document to be published based on the minor revisions I've suggested. It is an excellent, thorough work on APUNCAC so please convey my congratulations to the author.   My concern is more on the ease of reading. Given its lengthy tome, I would suggest a List of Acronyms published at the beginning of the paper before the TOC as I found it rather hard at times to remember what the acronym stood for.
