4.2. Right to Good Administration in Slovak Legislation

- There is a merger of municipalities, a division or dissolution of the municipality, as well as a change in the name of the municipality;

- The mayor is removed;
- (c)
- A petition is submitted by a group of at least 30% of eligible voters;
- (d)
- There is a change in the name of the municipality;
- (e)
- A special law so provides.
