Maturity-Onset Diabetes of the Young: Mutations, Physiological Consequences, and Treatment Options
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
This is a well written article with a thorough literature review. The authors have presented this article in an organized manner, providing detailed information on MODY and their genetic implications. I think it should be published as it brings readers up to date on this current topic and lays the groundwork for future clinical considerations for clinicians when making diagnoses.
Minor comment:
1. Page 5, Lines 168-169: Please add a reference “Renal abnormalities 168 occur in 40% of MODY5 patients.”
