Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The article explores on a case study basis, the experience of coexistence of different types of housing tenure in a housing estate located in the Swedish city of Gothenburg, in the Tynnered buroughs. Through a qualitative approach, the results are presented, analysed from different categories. The main conclusions, from the period 2019-2024, is that despite some actions the relationships remain harmonious, especially associated with the initially designed spatiality.

In this sense I find it a good work, entertaining to read. Even so, I would like to suggest the following points

1.- In terms of writing, it seems to me that more emphasis should be placed in the introduction on the method of approach, as well as on the methods used.

2.- In terms of improving the analysis, it would be interesting to summarise the perspectives on outdoor areas and tenure mix initiatives in an outline or table.

3.- In the same way it would be interesting to explore a relationship between these categories and the results and thus support the conclusions.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

1.The abstract is overly generalized and it is recommended that more content be added to the research methodology and significance of the study sections.

2.Too many keywords

3.The introductory part of the article fails to raise the scientific issue and it is suggested to add it. It is suggested to add the concept of Tenure mix initiatives and outdoor area implications.

4.lines28-36: recommended for deletion, not really relevant to this article, looks like undeleted writing instructions. The meaningless portion of line267-273 641-644 692-713 in the later text is the same as.

5.Figure 1 is not clear, suggest replacing it; also suggest explaining the connotation of the numbers 164:12, 164:25, etc. in the figure; Figure 9. and Figure 13. Is it possible to crop the left and right figures into pictures of the same size? Pictures cannot reflect the key points, and it is suggested that the key points be labeled on the figures.

6.Page3 line12, 1.2 different format from 1.1

7.The article appears twice as figure13, suggesting a change

8.Page19.fig14 suggests adjusting to page18

9.Line283:i "a small residential neighbourhood of about 500 apartments in Gothenburg, Sweden" Can a map of the location of the study area be added? Why was this neighborhood selected for the study?

10.The Materials and Methods section is currently difficult to see which part is materials and which part is methods, and it is suggested that secondary headings be added. In addition, a detailed description of the specific methodology or content of the survey should be provided.

11.How much value does this article actually add to any one thing
