1.       Author must constructively change the abstract in term of adding some numerical value of result.

2.       Please add recent literature (2022, 2023) in terms of SPI for better understanding.

3.       Please modify the objective section for a clear understanding i.e novelty part should be clearly mention.

4.       There are so many optimization techniques in the recent world; why does the author use FFOA for forecasting purposes? Is there any specific reason for this?

5.       Tamil Nadu has seven agro-climatic zones; please prove citation or source

6.       Author used seven agro-climatic zones Tamilnadu state for research purposes, is there any scientific reasons for this?

7.       Study area figure must be changed; in the study area figure, country figure (J &K and Ladakh) must be changed. Request to draw study area figure using GIS

8.       Author must add statistical components/parameters of collected data in the study area section.

9.       Here author used data from 1915 to 2017; why not up to 2022? Is there any specific reason for that.

10.   Comparison statement (compare with other research articles) must be added in the result and discussion section for better visualization of the proposed research.

11.   Author must add future scope in the last portion of the manuscript.

12.   Advantages and limitations of the proposed model must be added.

15.   For better analysis of the result author must add a AUC curve, box plot, and Taylor diagram
