The concept, design, methodology and discussion of the study are adequate. I suggest the authors to add explicitely in the discussion a paragraph regarding strengths and limitations of this study.

We thank the reviewer for the suggestion to include a paragraph discussing the strengths and limitations of our study. A new section has now been added discussing these points.

We appreciate that the referee otherwise considers our design, analysis and discussion adequate. We have therefore only gone through and corrected minor typos etc, but not made other changes to the manuscripts at this point.
