Table and Figure Corrections

There was an error in the original publication [1]. There was an error in the description of Table 2, Figures 14 and 15 and Equation (13). Specifically, the error in the fiber length measurement method was rectified. The corrected Table 2, Figure 14 and Figure 15 and Equation (13) appear below.

The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
