Research article about unique teamtics. The introduction well introduces the subject of soil erosion and the related vegetation and root parameters of this vegetation. The purpose and scope of work is correct. The review of the literature is extensive and exhausts the latest research on this issue.

Research methodology described in detail. Photographic documentation improves the reader's readability.

  The results are presented in the form of clear graphs and tables, which helps to understand the obtained results. The results were agreed correctly, paying attention to, among others, moisture content, soil type, etc.

Very interesting conclusions.

The authors studied the effect of embedding angle on root-soil mechanical interactions.

1- It was preferable to conduct the same experiments on another plant belonging to another family and/or to conduct the same experiments on another soil texture (such clayey soil).

 

2- The manuscript title should be change to: How does embedding angle affect root-soil mechanical interactions of alfalfa plants.

3- Table 1. Characteristics of the soil should be change to (Characteristics of the experimental soil).

4- Table 1 need statistical work.

5- References need to be updated, although we are at 2023, there is only one reference for the year 2021 No reference for 2022.
