Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
The paper is really interesting and innovative, but it needs some further improvement in the literature. Thus, it would be advisable to write a separate paragraph with the literature review.
Moreover, the methodology used needs some further explanation. You could highlight the scientific method used as well as indicate other similar studies.

Reviewer 2 Report
The manuscript entitled "Leisure Constraint Negotiation Strategies among Serious Lei-2 sure Participants in Swimming: Experiences of Facility Use Restriction due to COVID-19" is an extensive work on the leisure constraint negotiation strategies.
However, there are some comments on this
What does (Α) ... (Ε) mean?
Why are there only the answers of the five participants?
However, I find that the number of participants is very small and there are not the same views regarding leisure constraint negotiation.
Ln 533-534 "the value and meaning of swimming as an underwater activity" the phrase "underwater activity" is misleading. It is better to remove it
It would be very helpful to have the opinion of recreational (non-serious) swimmers to be able to consider the "supernatural attitude towards swimming" as the attitude of only serious leisure participants who have experienced the value and meaning of swimming.
The study concludes that there is concern about facility management in terms of crowding in the post-COVID-19 era. It would be good to the authors could make some suggestions on how to manage this issue.
