The paper deals with a very interesting topic and is well constructed. The methodology is adequate and the authors built the tables very well.
However, the paper has one major weakness. The results are explained too succinctly and there is no adequate discussion.

Methodology:

Why the author chose to use panel data technique (a detailed rationale is required). Aren't there any other explanatory factors except NPO engagement?  How to confirm validity of analysis with this much low coefficient of determination?  

Result:

The result section presents only statistical output of analysis, which is not sufficient. I suggest author to go for detailed discussion of the result, highlighting the theoretical and empirical support for the presented results. More citations and references are required in this section.

1- What is the main contribution of your study? Need to update in the introduction section. 

2- Please update literature with recent references

3- What is your hypothesis, i suggest to include after literature review

4. I did not see the theoretical contribution. Which theory related with your study?

5. Finding must be discussed with theoretical background.

6. In the last section also need to write the conclusion.
