You have done significant improvements to your manuscript.


All my suggestions have been attended, except that related with the Discussion.  The authors should use this section to discuss the results, confirm or not their hypothesis. In this section should be more reference to the newest literature (Web of Science, Scopus).


However, in its current form, the article is much better.

References to research of other authors where added in line 435 page 12 regarding the topic employee development and knowledge sharing like the instrument to adaptation to Industry 4.0. We have added lines 438-440 page 12, research source which presents similar conclusion on the topic of collaboration in employee learning. Similarly, references have been added in lines 468-471 and 476-478 page 13, supporting the conclusions of our research. References to research of other authors where added in line 474 page 13 regarding the topic of changes employee education and skills requirements in Industry 4.0. References to research of other authors where added in lines 492-493, 495-499, 504-505 page 13 and 514-517 page 14 regarding the topic of clusters. These references correspond with our conclusion. In new lines 499-503 page 13 according to these references we added one of our main findings.
