Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The paper is well exposed, the case is interesting as it concerns the case of a very rare neoplasm with atypical localization in a HIV positive patient. The literature review adds precious info on this rare kind of lymphoma; the scarce literature about this kind of lymphoma shows how it is a very hard malignancy to occur and diagnosticate as well, but its aggressiveness points at the importance in consider it, whena patient presents with symptoms suggestive of gallbladder malignancy.

Although the authors report it as the first case of gallbladder Burkitt's lymphoma in a HIV positive patient, there is another case regarding the same pathology (10.35100/eurorad/case.17445), so please add it to the review as well.

Overall, the manuscript is well written.

Reviewer 2 Report

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

I appreciate the efforts made by the author to make the manuscript more comprehensive by including more references from the study done in the past. Since this is a case report of a patient from the year 2000, there are very less chance of going back to the samples and do some molecular study.

I'm glad that the author has tried to tone down their previous claim and avoided any conflicting claims.

I have no further comments and suggestions to make this manuscript better.
