These include each of the domains that make up the competence: the level of knowledge; the recognition of the unique conditions as a caregiver; how to make the therapeutic instructions on nutrition and feeding of the elderly operational; the identification and management of the welfare conditions available to support feeding and nutrition; the ability to anticipate and minimize risks associated with feeding and nutrition; and the identification and consolidation of a support network to care for aspects related to feeding and nutrition. | ||
