Excellent and needed study to validate the COPSOQ III specifically to the Swedish Population. Well written, concise but comprehensive introduction making the case for the need to conduct such a study. Methodologically sound. The study has validated a well established psychosocial instrument that meets the objectives as proposed. Well done!

Page 2, line 49, consider placing the words 'core', 'middle' and 'long' in inverted commas for consistency with approach at line 53, page 2.
Page 9, lines 259-260, consider slight change to structure - '...threats of violence, physical violence, and sexual harassment'.
