This is a sound short paper that nicely fits in the scope of Molbank. It can be accepted subject only to a few minor corrections and improvements as follows:

1. In the compound name we have "o" before and after the [...] which is a duplication. Delete the "o" before to leave only ..7-nitrobenz[c][1,2,5]oxadiazol... Remember to do this in the SI as well as the paper title and throughout.

2. The alternative nomenclature at line 24 is not right. Change this name to 4-chloro-7-nitrobenz[c][1,2,5]oxadiazole.

3. Line 45 change "due to" to "achieved by"

4. Line 64 replace "achieved" by "obtained"

5. Line 71 delete the word "chloroform" (!); also make 6 of DMSO-d6 subscript here and in lines 85, 87 and 97.

6.In the procedure, lines 76-80 put each quantity after the substance name in brackets along with mmol. For the product give the weight obtained as well as %, again both in brackets after its description. A further problem is that the procedure is in acetonitrile which is first filtered (to remove NaHCO3) then evaporated to give product. This is different from "precipitation from water" mentioned at line 45. Please alter to the correct procedure so it is consistent.

7. for 13-C NMR round off the values to one decimal place.

8. In refs 1, 7, 8 and 9 leave a space between journal and year. In ref 6 delete the comma between journal and year.

Corrected. The compounds can either obtained by solvent removal or by water precipitation.
