Abstract
In this manuscript, we extend the traditional multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method for the multiple-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) with triangular fuzzy neutrosophic numbers (TFNNs) to propose the TFNNs-MABAC method. In this manuscript, we extend the traditional multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method for the multiple-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) with triangular fuzzy neutrosophic numbers (TFNNs) to propose the TFNNs-MABAC method. In the proposed method, we utilize the TFNNs to express the values of criteria for each alternative in MCGDM problems. First, we briefly acquaint the basic concept of TFNNs and describe its corresponding some operation laws, the functions of score and accuracy, and the normalized hamming distance. We then review two aggregation operators of TFNNs. Afterward, we combine the traditional MABAC method with the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic evaluation and provide a sequence of calculation procedures of the TFNNs-MABAC method. After comparing it with some TFNNs aggregation operators and another method, the results showed that our extended MABAC method can not only effectively handle the conflicting attributes, but also practically deal with incomplete and indeterminate information in the MCGDM problem. Therefore, the extended MABAC method is more effective, conformable, and reasonable. Finally, an investment selection problem is demonstrated as a practice to verify the reasonability of our MABAC method. Full article

Fuzzy information in venture capital can be well expressed by neutrosophic numbers, and TODIM method is an effective tool for multi-attribute decision-making. The distance measure is an essential step in TODIM method. The keystone of this paper is to define several new distance measures, in particular the improved interval neutrosophic Euclidean distance, and these measures are applied in the TODIM method for multi-attribute decision-making. Firstly, the normalized generalized interval neutrosophic Hausdorff distance is defined and proved to be valid in this paper. Secondly, we define a weighted parameter interval neutrosophic distance and discuss whether different weight parameters affect the decision result based on TODIM method. Thirdly, considering the preference perspective of decision-makers in behavioral economics, we define the improved interval neutrosophic Euclidean distance with the known parameter of risk preference. Finally, an application example is given to compare the effects of different parameters on the result and discuss the feasibility of these two distance measures in TODIM method. Full article

For multiple attribute decision making, ranking and information aggregation problems are increasingly receiving attention. In a normal neutrosophic number, the ranking method does not satisfy the ranking principle. Moreover, the proposed operators do not take into account the correlation between any aggregation arguments. In order to overcome the deficiencies of the existing ranking method, based on the nonnegative normal neutrosophic number, this paper redefines the score function, the accuracy function, and partial operational laws. Considering the correlation between any aggregation arguments, the dual generalized nonnegative normal neutrosophic weighted Bonferroni mean operator and dual generalized nonnegative normal neutrosophic weighted geometric Bonferroni mean operator were investigated, and their properties are presented. Here, these two operators are applied to deal with a multiple attribute decision making problem. Example results show that the proposed method is effective and superior. Full article

Linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNN) is presented by Fang and Ye in 2017, which can describe the truth, falsity, and indeterminacy linguistic information independently. In this paper, the LNN and the Bonferroni mean operator are merged together to propose a LNN normalized weighted Bonferroni mean (LNNNWBM) operator and a LNN normalized weighted geometric Bonferroni mean (LNNNWGBM) operator and the properties of these two operators are proved. Further, multi-attribute group decision methods are introduced based on the proposed LNNNWBM and LNNNWGBM operators, and then an example is provided to demonstrate the application and validity of the proposed methods. In addition, in order to consider the effect of the parameters p and q on the decision results, different pairs of parameter values are employed to verify the decision results. Full article

The normal distribution is a usual one of various distributions in the real world. A normal neutrosophic set (NNS) is composed of both a normal fuzzy number and a neutrosophic number, which a significant tool for describing the incompleteness, indeterminacy, and inconsistency of the decision-making information. In this paper, we propose two correlation coefficients between NNSs based on the score functions of normal neutrosophic numbers (NNNs) (basic elements in NNSs) and investigate their properties. Then, we develop a multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) method with NNSs under normal neutrosophic environments, where, by correlation coefficient values between each alternative (each evaluated NNS) and the ideal alternative (the ideal NNS), the ranking order of alternatives and the best one are given in the normal neutrosophic decision-making process. Finally, an illustrative example about the selection problem of investment alternatives is provided to demonstrate the application and feasibility of the developed decision-making method. Compared to the existing MADM approaches based on aggregation operators of NNNs, the proposed MADM method based on the correlation coefficients of NNSs shows the advantage of its simple decision-making process.
