Objective: This study aims to explore the integration of Enneagram personality types with homeopathic prescribing by evaluating the relationship between personality traits and the corresponding homeopathic remedies, enhancing individualized care through an analysis of the possible mind rubrics. Method: Personality traits from the dynamic Enneagram model were mapped to corresponding mental–emotional traits. These traits were matched to the relevant possible rubrics in the Synthesis Treasure Edition repertory, using Radar Opus software. A total of 36 analyses were conducted across nine personality types. The frequency distribution (%) of remedies appearing in the top five rankings was analyzed, identifying remedies corresponding to the highest number of rubrics. Results: Forty rubrics were used in the repertorization, with duplicate rubrics counted only once, and nine different remedies were identified with a value of four points. The frequency distribution showed that polychrest remedies appeared most frequently in the top five rankings across all 36 analyses, indicating a relationship between certain remedies and personality traits. Conclusions: Integrating Enneagram personality traits into homeopathic prescribing could enhance individualized care by providing additional insights for remedy selection, alongside the traditional approaches that are commonly used, such as case analysis using the totality of symptoms. Further research is needed to refine and validate this approach. Full article

The objective of this study is to explore how various personality types correlate with enhanced work performance. The Enneagram type of the participants in the experiment was established by using the simplest version of the Riso–Hudson test. A two-way ANOVA was performed under the principles of the Design of Experiments, which allowed the identification of main effects and interactions in the response, i.e., the marks of the university teams. We found that the interactions between certain Enneagram types seem to increase the average performance marks as a primary effect. Conversely, when certain Enneagram types coincided within a team, the marks significantly decreased, posing a risk to project success. According to our results, the Enneagram framework may be used as a preliminary stage for identifying potential team members for future projects. Full article

This conceptual paper examines how Enneagram as a personality typing system could be adopted as a meta-model across multiple domains. The enneagram strategy is a structural typology that many organisations and individuals use to effectively understand their business profiles and interpersonal patterns, despite scholars showing concerns about its robustness and dynamism. This paper extends the argument as to how the mechanics of the Enneagram are intrinsically interrelated with (a) organisational systems and networks, (b) organisational grammar, (c) supply chains, and (d) creativity. It also emphasizes the importance/close association of the Enneagram tool with interdependence, business model, networks, statics, and system dynamics. The paper uses a combination of research methods (theoretical, exploratory, and descriptive) to evaluate the adaptability of the enneagram. The findings demonstrate that enneagram as a strategy could be applied to various business phenomena but requires more cross-domain empirical research. The enneagram can also be used to develop meta-models/toy models that can relate to the organisational outcomes by integrating tangible and intangible process assets. This paper reliably lays a set of principles/foundations to launch the enneagram approach to a complex, broad, systematic, and creative scope. Full article

The popularity of social media services has led to an increase of personality-relevant data in online spaces. While the majority of people who use these services tend to express their personality through measures offered by the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), another personality model known as the Big Five has been a dominant paradigm in academic works that deal with personality research. In this paper, we seek to bridge the gap between the MBTI, Big Five and another personality model known as the Enneagram of Personality, with the goal of increasing the amount of resources for the Big Five model. We further explore the relationship that was previously reported between the MBTI types and certain Big Five traits as well as test for the presence of a similar relationship between Enneagram and Big Five measures. We propose a new method relying on psycholingusitc features selected based on their relationship with the MBTI model. This approach showed the best performance through our experiments and led to an increase of up to 3% in automatic personality recognition for Big Five traits on the per-trait level. Our detailed experimentation offers further insight into the nature of personality and into how well it translates between different personality models. Full article
