2024	Geographies was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2025	Geographies received its CiteScore (2024) of 2.9, ranked 186/674 in "Social Sciences (miscellaneous)", 77/231 in "Agricultural and Biological Sciences (miscellaneous)" Geographies received its first impact factor (1.7), ranked 72/173 in "GEOGRAPHY" category, 47/67 in "GEOGRAPHY, PHYSICAL" category
