We are pleased to announce the launch of Pharmacy, a new open access journal of pharmacy education and practice research. The journal is led by the Editor-in-Chief Prof. Dr. Keith A. Wilson of the Aston Pharmacy School, Aston University, UK. Professor Wilson has led the Pharmacy Education and Accreditation Reviews Project (PEARS), which reviewed professional pharmacy education as a whole in Ireland.
In his opening editorial, Professor Wilson discusses how the changing practice of pharmacy is driving changes to the traditional methods of pharmacy education.
The journal Pharmacy welcomes theoretical and research papers on the practice of pharmacy, research on the education and development of the pharmacy workforce and the impact of health policy and government on pharmacy healthcare delivery.
We hope that Pharmacy will become an invaluable resource to those working in pharmacy education and practice and the wider scientific community.
