Viruses Receives an Increased CiteScore of 7.7

We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 CiteScore of Viruses (ISSN: 1999-4915), reflecting the journal’s scientific influence from 2021 to 2024, has increased to 7.7, surpassing our 2023 score of 7.3.

CiteScore is a standard citation metric, alongside SNIP and SJR, providing transparent metrics that offer an up-to-date view of a journal’s impact. These metrics enable well-informed publishing strategies, library collection development, and benchmarking of journal performance.
