Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Thanks for the opportunity to read this interesting paper.

i just have few minor points for the authors:

except for the context of investigation (dragon SC) this topic is very popular in the literature. You should better highlight the added value of your optimisation model. Therefore, references should be updated with most recent contributions (2018 and 2019) further discuss the practical implications line126: replace “Error! Reference source not found“

Reviewer 2 Report

The subject area discussed in the paper is important. It is also consistent with the profile of the Journal. Deliberations conducted in the paper need to be expanded.

To improve the quality of the paper I would suggest to:

- develop description concerning methodology of the research,

- take into consideration more current publications in the sphere of discussed subject matter,

- provide in-depth and expanded conclusions,

- eliminate: “Error! Reference source not found…”.
