The journal retracts the article titled “A Soft Computing View for the Scientific Categorization of Vegetable Supply Chain Issues” [1], cited above.
Following publication, concerns were brought to the attention of the publisher regarding the presence of multiple unusual phrases and the relevance of the references presented in this article [1].
Adhering to our procedure, an investigation was conducted by the Editorial Office and the Editorial Board, which confirmed the presence of multiple unusual, non-standard technical terms and an inappropriate level of similarity, in terms of text, phrasing, structure and references, to prior publications [2,3] produced by different author groups and focusing on different areas of research. During this process, the authors were unable to satisfactorily clarify the above-mentioned concerns. As a result, the Editorial Board has lost confidence in the reliability of the findings and have decided to retract this publication [1], as per MDPI’s retraction policy: https://www.mdpi.com/ethics#_bookmark30.
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of Logistics Journal.
The authors did not agree with this decision.
