Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The example of the pastor who was able to bear verbal testimony on behalf of See Huan is potent; on the other hand, might consideration be given to adding criteria that might provide guidelines so that such testimony be edifying rather than, sometimes, being problematic? How might we minimize the latter possibilities?
