Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The manuscript is about the species distribution modeling of fire -resistant forest species, where authors implemented the recent package of ENMeval for SDM. By the combination of different variables, they have projected well the expansion and contraction areas of the studied species in China under the influence of climate change. However, I have some suggestions for the improvement of the manuscript in the attached file.

Reviewer 3 Report

This study is an original study evaluating the potential spread of forests in the region due to climate change. It is valuable work to understand how the planet is responding to climate change through the forest.
