- Familiarisation with the interview by listening to it several times;
- Extraction of words and meaningful sentences—first, we highlighted the significant statements from the transcript;
- Formulation of meanings—in this step, we used codes as key concepts independently and noted the extracted topics;
- Organisation of themes into clusters;
- Description exhaustive—we defined the relation of each theme to the phenomenon;
- Structuring the topics to define significant subtopics or those similar to each other, leading us to a consensus;
- Verification—the resulting data were shown to the participants to review and verify if they agreed with the topics and subtopics extracted.
