The experiences of students in the online lectures of Binus University, Indonesia, were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. Offline and online interviews were conducted for data collection. Interviewed students had different backgrounds and experiences studying online. The perspective of the distance learning program was explored using the Binus Online (BOL) class method. Obstacles were determined for students and lecturers as students did not complete their assignments because they were busy with their work. Full article
