The uptake of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn into the leaves and roots of Datura stramonium and Hyoseyamus niger, grown in nutrient solutions, is measured by Differential Pulse Anodic Stripping Voltammetry (DPASV). In the leaves of the plants only the contents of Cd and Zn, not those ofPb and Cu, increase by adding these ions to the medium. Full article
