Travel Award
The application deadline for the Kidney and Dialysis 2026 Travel Award has been extended. Entries will be accepted until 31 January 2026. We are looking forward to receiving applications from all over the world.
The Kidney and Dialysis Travel Award was launched in 2025, and it is presented to encourage junior scientists to present their latest research at academic conferences in the field of nephrology, which helps to grow their profile. The application process will be open from April to November, and the winners will be announced by the end of December.
The Prize:
– CHF 500;
– A certificate.

Eligibility and Requirements
– Postdoctoral fellows, PhD students, MD students or clinical medical staff in their first 3 years of practice;
– Plans to attend an international conference in 2026 (giving an oral presentation or presenting a poster).
List of Documents for Application
– Information of the conference the applicant is planning to attend and the abstract that will be submitted;
– Curriculum Vitae and a list of their publications;
– A justification letter describing the focus of the research (max. 800 words);
– A letter of recommendation from the supervisor, research director, or department head, which also confirms the applicant’s status.
