Foods 2022 Best Ph.D. Thesis Award—Winner Announced

Editor’s Choice articles are based on recommendations by the scientific editors of MDPI journals from around the world. Editors select a small number of articles recently published in the journal that they believe will be particularly interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. The aim is to provide a snapshot of some of the most exciting work published in the various research areas of the journal.

Foods 2022 Best Ph.D. Thesis Award aims to recognize young scholars who are deemed to have produced the most outstanding Ph.D. thesis in their fields of research and to encourage them to continue their outstanding work and further contributions to their field.
The award has been granted to “Development of Innovative Analytical Strategies for Olive Oil Quality and Authenticity Assessment” by Beatriz Quintanilla Casas, University of Barcelona, Spain.
The winner will receive CHF 800, an electronic certificate and a chance to publish a paper free of charge after peer review in Foods (ISSN: 2304-8158) before 30 June 2024.
