Medicina | New Section “Health Humanities” Established

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Section, “Health Humanities”, with the aim of providing a specific venue for this field of research in Medicina (ISSN: 1648-9144). The Section is led by Prof. Dr. Olaf Dammann (Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA, USA) and covers the following topics:

  • philosophy of medicine;
  • medical epistemology;
  • medical ethics;
  • bioethics;
  • gender and health;
  • history of medicine;
  • narrative medicine;
  • medical anthropology;
  • sociology of health and illness;
  • medicine and art;
  • education in health humanities.

We are now recruiting Editorial Board Members for this Section (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/medicina/sections/Health_Humanities). If you are an active researcher in one of the aforementioned fields and are passionate about publishing cutting-edge research, please do not hesitate to get in touch (medicina@mdpi.com).
