Cells | Highly Cited Papers Published in 2024 in the “Tissues and Organs” Section

The Section “Tissues and Organs” of Cells (ISSN: 2073-4409) is devoted to publishing original research on the organization of cells and subcellular and extracellular components at all levels, including the grouping and interrelations of cells in tissues and organs. It also focuses on the application of cells and matrices for the formation of more complex organs and tissues, including microphysiologic systems or organ-on-a-chip technologies. We also seek research on the lab-based generation of functional tissue or organs for transplant. We welcome manuscripts, including original research, review articles, communications, and technical notes, that encompass one or more of the topics described above and studies that link cells, matrices, cell biology, and assessments of physiological function. We are also interested in systems modeling studies that are based on original datasets.

All our readers can enjoy free and unlimited access to the full texts of all of the open access articles published in our journal. We welcome you to read our highly cited papers published in 2024, which are listed below.
