“Reviewing for MDPI has sharpened my critical analysis skills while allowing me to contribute to rigorous, timely peer review. Each manuscript offers new insights, fostering mutual learning.”—Dr. Liang Wang

“Though I reviewed only a few manuscripts, I approached each with care and critical attention. As I see it: An award for reviewing is a curious thing - like applauding the referee rather than the game. Yet, rigorous critique is the hidden engine of progress, even if it goes unnoticed."—Dr. Gianluca Fabiani

“My review experience: 1) Be respectful; 2) Be constructive; 3) Request authors to provide a minimal overview of the topic, along with general bibliographic references in addition to the specialized ones; 4) Review the bibliography to determine whether the cited authors have published additional work on the subject of the paper that has not been previously reported; 5) Utilize databases in the field of mathematics, employing the paper's keywords to verify the originality of the manuscript.”—Dr. Daniele Ritelli

“The role of reviewer is interesting; it helps both learning and further development. It is very fulfilling, and a great way to stay informed about current research and upcoming works that might be useful.”—Dr. Vladica Stojanović
