MDPI invites all esteemed experts to join Sustainability’s webinar (ISSN: 2071-1050) on “Sustainable Agri-Food Systems: Circular Solutions for Water, Nutrients, and Bioresources in the Mediterranean.” The Mediterranean agri-food sector is increasingly vulnerable to climate change, water scarcity, and soil degradation, underscoring the urgent need for circular and eco-efficient innovations. In response, MedInCircle is pioneering an integrated approach to water, nutrient, and bioresource management to enhance sustainability and resilience across the entire agri-food chain.
Our expert panel will explore the project’s progress and findings, highlighting the potential impact of these solutions on agriculture, water management, and environmental sustainability. Discussions will cover integrated approaches to circularity, advances in biotechnological treatment systems, and the implications for climate resilience in different regions of the Mediterranean.
