The Limnological Review (ISSN: 2300-7575) is an international open access journal on all different subdisciplines of freshwater environment studies. The journal publishes reviews, regular research papers and short communications. Our aim is to provide a platform for publication, information and debate, encompassing all areas which fall within the scope of aquatic science.

The Limnological Review (ISSN: 2300-7575) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal covering all subdisciplines of freshwater environmental studies. The journal primarily publishes research articles and reviews, although other article types will also be considered. We aim to provide a platform for publication, information, and debate, encompassing all areas within the scope of freshwater science. There are no restrictions on the maximum length of the papers. The full experimental details must be provided to ensure that the results can be reproduced.
