MDPI invites all esteemed experts to join the Sci webinar (ISSN: 2413-4155) titled “PEAK Performance: Physical Endurance and Knowledge for Task Success”. This webinar will explore the essential role of both physical and mental capacities in achieving peak performance across diverse tasks, emphasizing resilience, capability, and mindset as key factors for success.
