See what our reviewers say about the review process of Microorganisms:
“As a reviewer, I just have done what I should do. In my lab, many Ph.D and M.Sc. students graduated with publications in MDPI. As their supervisor, I understand how important the high efficiency of the reviewing and submitting of the reviewer’s report is.”—Prof. Dr. Lanming Chen

“My experience in reviewing for Microorganisms was exceptionally excellent. Being provided with the timeline to provide the reviewers’ report has made me more effective. Also, being given the guidelines on how to provide constructive feedback has played a very crucial role for me as the reviewer. You do not have to be rude when commenting, but provide critical and constructive feedback in a respective manner.”—Dr. Nompumelelo Mkhwanazi
