Can an author suggest reviewers?

Authors will have the possibility to suggest potential reviewers during the first submission of the manuscript to the MDPI Books. Suggested reviewers cannot, however, have any conflicts of interest with the publishing author. Please note that the MDPI may choose not to approach these referees.
