Yes, a cover image can be submitted. The following criteria must be met:

• A minimum resolution of 1180 × 1475 pixels is required;
• A maximum size of 100 Mb is allowed;
• Only photographs are permitted on Reprints covers. Images that contain computer-generated images and multi-picture cover images will not be accepted;
• The copyright must be cleared. It is absolutely essential that you obtain permission to reproduce any work for which you do not hold the copyright. You will be asked to upload a ‘Permission Letter’.

Please note that our design team will:

• adapt the color to match that of the journal;
• adapt the size and details to fit the cover; and
• adapt the image to fit our corporate design.
